In our medical organization, in accordance with Article 58 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the health of the people and the healthcare system,” a patient support service has been created.

If you:

  • were dissatisfied with the quality of medical care;
  • faced facts of extortion of money by medical personnel for medical services provided within the framework of the guaranteed volume of free medical care;
  • encountered rude attitude from medical staff;
  • you have encountered other problematic issues related to the procedure and quality of medical care, you have the right to contact the patient support service.

 

In order to comply with the principles of objectivity and openness, your application will be reviewed by a commission.

For your convenience, you can leave your written appeal indicating your name, surname and contact information (telephone, address) in the Appeal Box located at the entrance on the 1st floor, and you can also contact and leave your appeal at the clinic’s mail: call@medclinic.kz

The PATIENT SUPPORT SERVICE will consider your appeal as soon as possible and no later than five calendar days will provide you with information on the results of consideration of your appeal.
